Build Your Yoga Practice

A unique yoga practice where the yoga posture fits your body, instead of your body fitting into a posture.  How do we accomplish this: with knowledge of how to modify postures to accommodate the uniqueness of each student’s body, and small class sizes which allows us to work with you on a very personal level.  Open to students of all levels of practice and abilities.

"Your Body's Yoga"©

A unique yoga practice where the yoga posture fits your body, not your body fitting into a posture.  With small class sizes we can modify postures to accommodate the uniqueness of each student’s body.

Silver Yoga

A class that move your through a series of postures focusing on improving your balance, flexibility and strength while moving at a mindful pace. Suitable for students of all levels of practice and experience.

Mindful Yoga Therapy for Veterans

A program designed to help vets find a calm and steady body and mind through the practice of yoga, meditation, breath work, yoga nidra and meditation. This is a free class for veterans and a family member or caregiver.

Introduction to Yoga for the Ambulatory Adaptive Student

For the individual who is able to walk, but lives with impaired mobility or balance issues due to amputation, arthritis, stroke or other physical challenges.  This class is open to any ambulatory adaptive student who is new to yoga.

You know self care is important. Your life is busy and you are always chasing your schedule.  Trying to squeeze a yoga class into your busy day and rushing to a studio ends up creating more stress in your life. Whats' the answer:

Restorative Yoga for Your Body

Restorative Yoga is a practice that allows the body to relax and settle deeply into a posture with the aid of block, bolsters, blankets and straps.  The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in poses, with the aid of props, without strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Restorative yoga classes are very relaxing and slow paced and a wonderful practice for the athlete.

Ellenanne Yoga Studio, LLC is located in the Historic State Armory building at 330 Main Street in Manchester, CT.  Parking is available on Main Street and in the back of the building. *Note: Detailed directions will be emailed to you once your register for a class or event.
