We are pleased to create a space for you to physically and spiritually bring balance into your life and leave your mat feeling grounded, stronger and with improved balance.  In the last three years we have worked privately with students who are blind, amputees, stroke victims and students who have Multiple Sclerosis.

meet Ellenanne -  Your Private Yoga Instructor

Ellenanne started practicing yoga at the urging of her doctor to help with chronic back pain. After her first class she knew she had finally found what she needed to help with her back pain. The movement, breathing, relaxation and self care practice of yoga.  That was 12 years ago, and she hasn't looked back. After being a student for 5 years, she became a certified instructor in 2013.   In the 6 years she has been teaching yoga, she has worked with students of all ages and abilities. From students who were getting on the mat for the very first time to those who have been practicing for years. Ellenanne has taught at her local Veteran's Hospitals and currently teaches at her at her yoga studio in addition to an addiction clinic, her local hospital and most recently at an Adaptive Sports Center.

 

Her training includes:

    • 500 Hour Certified Embodyoga with Patty Townsend
    • 40 Hours Yoga for Amputees  with Marsha Danzig
    • 60 Hour Anatomy of Breath-Centered Yoga: Appendicular Body with Leslie Kaminoff
    • 32 Hours Continuing Education Credit in Adapting Yoga for Disability Level I/II with Matthew Sanford
    • 100 Hour Certified Mindful Yoga Therapy Instructor
    • 30 Hour Mindful Yoga Therapy Adaptive Yoga Teacher Training
