Accessible Yoga Open House

Please join us the second Sunday of every month*  for our Accessible Yoga Open House.   You can meet the instructors, get a brief demonstration and enter to WIN a FREE  6-week Introduction to Accessible Yoga Series package. You must pre-register and attend the open house to be eligible to win.

Please join us  on the second Sunday of every month*  for a one hour meditation workshop.  We will discuss a different type of meditation each month, share some of our experiences and conclude with a 10-15 minute practice.  Cost is just $5.00.
